We’re taking a break for our Summer holidays, and wish you all a great summer holiday too.

We return on Monday 15 August, but will be heading to the Dragonfly Days owner event in Denmark very soon afterwards.

The last few weeks have been really busy. Firstly we’ve enjoyed several great trial sails on our Dragonfly 28, making the most of the fabulous weather. Secondly, we have a number of new Dragonfly trimarans in build, and we look forward to bringing you news as they join our UK fleet.

Finally, we recently listed a superb used Dragonfly 25 for sale. We expected strong interest with the summer holidays approaching fast. However, even we were surprised by the response. An initial ‘Coming soon’ note on our website brought several enquiries, even before the details and photos were available. I posted the listing page with photos and inventory a few days later, and an offer of the asking price was accepted within 3 hours!

I launched and rigged it a few days later for its new owner, who then sailed home to Poole harbour. We wish them a fantastic summer sailing.
